Lawn Service is usually performed on Wednesdays from May - October. Please do not park vehicles/trailers on the grassy areas by the Harbor on the first Wednesday of the month so it can be mowed.

Ruyak Excavating-Road Grading

We have reduced this as volunteers use the drag after a good rain but we will call Ruyak as needed.

Parking

Please park in designated parking areas (vehicles should not park on the harbor banks or in front of the beach lots).  Please move your parked trailers etc. the first week of each month so our lawn care service can mow under them.

Fish Cleaning House:

Please conserve the amount of water used while cleaning fish to minimize the ongoing expense of having the holding tank pumped.  Our contractor will begin cleaning once a week per our standard contract.  Freezer is available to dispose of fish remains.  Please use this rather than dumping in the dumpster prior to Thursday's garbage pick-up.

*Independent contractors are required to carry General Liability insurance ($500K per occurrence, $1M aggregate), provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance with IHOL named as a Certificate Holder.  Worker's Compensation Insurance is not required since Independent Contractors are not employed by IHOL.  The Independent Contractor must complete and IRS Form W-9 so that IHOL can report annual payments via IRS form 1099-MISC.
