Natures Corner Easement Agreement

Nature's Corner easement holders entitles owners access to their boat slip (the direct roads), parking their vehicles in the parking areas while using their boat slip, electric at the boat slip (please do not leave your extension cords plugged while not in use as everyone needs access to the shared electrical outlets),  insurance on the boat slips and docking system, liability insurance, lawn care of the parking areas, improvements of docking system, property taxes for parking areas and roads. 

Isle Harbor Members have different covenants, pay different fees, and therefore have different amenities for Isle Harbor Members vs. Nature Corner Easement holders.

Unfortunately, for these reasons the following are NOT included in your easement fee: 

• use of the beach/trails

• use of the fish cleaning house

• use of the playground area

• garbage 

• recycling 

• ice road to the lake 

• leaving trailers parked in the parking areas
