iPoker Tools is a desktop software application developed by the author for comfortable play on the iPoker network.

Email address — provided at checkout. It is required to register your license, deliver your license key, and provide support. Without it, we cannot complete your order.
Support messages — any information you choose to include when contacting us.
We do not collect:

payment card details or other financial credentials;
cookies, tracking data, or advertising identifiers (except cookies set by Google Sites as our hosting provider — see Section 9);
any special categories of personal data.

5. Payment Information
Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not process or store payment card details or other sensitive financial credentials. The payment gateway may collect and process your payment data under its own privacy policy.
We receive only the confirmation that your payment was completed, along with the email address you provided at checkout.
6. License Information
To activate iPoker Tools, we store your email address and the issued license key.
Your license is valid for installation on up to two (2) devices simultaneously.
You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.
We may reset your license upon a verified request from the email address used for the purchase.
7. How We Use Your Information
We use your email address solely to:
register and deliver your license key and download link;
provide technical support and process license reset requests;
send critical software updates or security notices;
maintain accounting records for tax purposes;
comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
8. Data Sharing
We share your email address only with trusted service providers ("processors") strictly necessary to operate our service:
Payment Gateway — to confirm your payment and receive your email address.
Email Service — to deliver your license key to your inbox.
These providers act on our instructions and are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
9. Cookies and Tracking
We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or marketing pixels on the Site.
However, our Site is hosted on Google Sites. Google may set its own cookies or collect technical data as part of hosting. We retain your email address and license data only as long as necessary:
License data — for as long as your license is active, and afterward for 5 years as required by accounting and tax law, or for such period as required by applicable law.
Support messages — up to 24 months after the last interaction, to improve our service and resolve disputes.
When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
