Important Information Regarding: Returns, Shipping and Warranties

GUARANTEES/WARRANTIES:

Most items have a 14 day money back guarantee. If an item warranty differs from "our" standard 14 day policy, buyer will be made aware of this at time of purchase.

AS IS Orders:

IO Part Base, will only sale "As Is" items as mixed bundles of hardware. If an item is being sold "As Is" the item will be labeled as such. ("As Is" label: Will be displayed on items web page or on any display/listing/post that is authorized by, IO Part Base.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS:

If item is being returned because defection, refund will be issued after it has been returned to IO Part Base and tested for defect by IO Part Base.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS:

If item has been ordered in error. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the item.

CUSTOMER (RETURN) RESPONSIBILITY:

Customer is responsible for shipping charges to "IO Part Base" for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement.

Contact IO Part Base, to obtain a RMA number. Label packaging of returned items with the RMA number.

RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete. Please return all products 100% complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

COMPUTER REPAIR SERVICES:

All services and repairs are guaranteed for 7 business days from the date on the Invoice or Work Order. If repair required the installation of any Hardware. The guarantee is honored by IO Part Base, for the duration of the installed Hardware's warranty.
