BASELINE ASSESSMENT

INSTRUCTIONS

• You may first review DOCUMENTATION of existing practices and guidelines from other Baptist Churches and/or Faith-Based Organizations before filling out the Baseline Assessment Form.

• Be prepared to answer the following open-ended questions:

  1. How did you implement various ministry-specific activities prior to COVID19 lockdown? Please mention facilities used and logistical support received.

  2. Were you able to continue with ministry-specific activities during the lockdown? If yes, how? Please mention the changes implemented during this time, if any.

  3. What support do you need in order to implement post-COVID19 ministry-specific activities?
