WWF monitoring of Tubbataha Reef features ARRAS project

The Philippine Daily Inquirer and Inquirer.net ran a feature about the status of the Tubbataha Reef damages that is being monitored by the team of Dr. Maricor Soriano under the Automated Rapid Reef Assessment System (ARRAS) project in collaboration with the Tubbataha Management Office and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).
