Post date: Feb 15, 2014 6:15:08 PM
In light of the recent controversy surrounding the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF), the team of Dr. Giovanni Tapang from the Synchronization Group of the Instrumentation Physics Laboratory (IPL) used the data from the Commission on Audit (COA) Special Audits Office Report No. 2012-03 to establish the relationship between lawmakers in relation to the PDAF. The work, done by the team under the Versatile Instrumentation System for Science Education and Research (VISSER) project, has been cited in the media.
The results and discussions can be read in the VISSER website, www.visser.ph/pdaf/.
