Main Dishes — Includes meat and/or vegetable dishes (these being the greatest mass of what we eat). Associated condiments may be included here, but will not be independently judged (place in “Culinary Arts—Side Dishes”).
Breads — Includes all leavened and unleavened breads.
Side Dishes — Includes individual cheeses, non-alcoholic beverages, and other single-item dishes such as condiments and sauces. Alcoholic beverages should be placed in “Spirits/Brewing.” Non-food liquids should be placed in “Alchemy.”
Sweet Dishes — Includes “desserts,” conserves, & compotes.
