When you check equipment out, make sure to inspect it thoroughly, making sure everything above is included and in good condition. Note any damages cosmetic or functional immediately before leaving with the equipment. You will be responsible for any missing items/damaged equipment after you leave.
Accidents happen, if something does get damaged or goes missing, notify Mr. K. immediately. There is a greater chance the item can be located the sooner you let me know.
If equipment gets damaged or broken, I'll send information for finding a replacement.
You can help insure the well-being of the equipment by following the instructions for camera care located in the yearbook staff manual and being careful never to leave your equipment unattended or unsecured.
