The advisor of a High School Model United Nations team plays an integral role in the Model UN preparation process. The advisor should help students prepare for the conference through research, writing position papers, and organizing thoughts to debate at the conference. The advisor should always make sure that they are guiding the students, but at the same time, allow the students to do their own work.
