No accessories such as necklaces, bracelets, anklets are to be worn unless reasons are justified
Watches that are worn should be plain black in color
Fingernails should be kept short
A plain black spectacle hooks/band is required for bespectacled Cadets
Hair is to be of natural color (no dyed hair; hair of any other color will require a letter of certification)
Males:
Sideburns must be shorter than half you ear
No facial hair other than eyebrows
Hair at back and sides must be sloped (high-slope)
Fringe must not touch the eyebrows when pushed down
Females:
Only one pair of transparent ear sticks are allowed on each ear
Long Hair: Hair should be plaited/braided neatly using only plain black rubber band and hair pins/clips. Half-half can be tied for hair that is not long enough to be braided.
Short Hair: Hair should not touch the collar. Fringe should be pinned up neatly and not touching the eyebrows
NPCC-Crested Shirt with plain black track pants. If Cadets' do not have any NPCC-Crested Shirt, the School PE Shirt may be worn instead.
To Note: Any NPCC-Crested Shirt is to only be worn with track pants. Wearing of Shorts/School PE Pants with the crested shirt is not allowed.
Shirt is to be tucked in at ALL times
Size of logo on track pants should not exceed a thumb's size. Logos of any other size bigger should be colored black with a permanent marker.
Long white socks with no logo are to be worn. Strictly no ankle socks.
Shoes are to be white, black or dull-colored. Sneakers are not allowed.
Attire Consists of: Beret, Shirt/Blouse, Belt, Pants/Skirt, Black Socks, Boots/Shoe
General Attire Requirements:
Fitting and not too loose
Buttons are to point downwards such that the Crest is right side up
No loose threads
No creases
Shirt is to be tucked in, showing at least half of the belt
ENTIRE boots/shoe is to be polished.
Boots/Shoe are to be tied tight, so as to avoid injury when marching
FULL NPCC UNIFROM IS NOT BE WORN OUTSIDE IN PUBLIC. CADETS ARE REMINDED TO CHANGE OUT (EITHER INTO HALF-UNIFORM OR OTHER) BEFORE LEAVING THE COMPOUND.
Properly seasoned
"Tail" of beret should be tucked in neatly
Clean and free of dust
Crest to be above the left eye
For Females: Hairnet to be worn regardless of hair length
Station Inspectors will wear a yellow flash.
Fold the beret along the cardboard at the side with the crest
The crest should be on the right. The tail should be at the other side of the beret, towards the left side
Place the beret under heavy objects (Books/Mattresses)

Sleeve iron lines are to start directly from the shoulder lapels
Nametag is to be centralized on the right portion of the shirt, 1cm above the right breast pocket
White singlet to be worn inside
Buttons are to point downwards such that the crest is right side up
Seam lines at shoulder should be resting on the shoulder
Collar to be pressed flat
Sleeve iron lines are to start directly from the back of shoulder lapels
Distinct and no multiple iron lines
Nametag is to be worn in line with the first button ad centralized on the right side of the blouse.
Should be placed 4 fingers away from the shoulder lapels, pointing downwards
No loose threads or creases
Formation signs are Velcro. The bottom part of the Velcro should be sewed onto the Shirt/Blouse.
Shirt (Males): First row of badges on the left chest should be just touching the top of the breast pocket and centralized with the breast pocket button
Blouse (Females): Both nametag and the first row of badges are to be in line with the first button
For badges under "Enrichment" you may choose to submit your own application for the badge with proof (i.e. certificate of completion) and submit to your OC. Else, throughout your 4 years in NPCC, you will get a chance to participate in either of these courses, mainly First-Aid and Kayaking.

Belt runner to be placed 2 fingers away from the end of the belt
Belt runner "circle" should be faced inwards, hidden from front view
Belt buckle is to be aligned with the buttons and the zipper (for males)
Must go through all belt loops of the trousers from the left (for males) and exit from the right
Worn at the waist and not on the hips
No loose threads or creases
Front View
Iron lines from the front should start from the inner side of the first and last belt loop
Back View
Iron lines at the back of the pats should start from the central seam
No gathers at the bottom. If pants are too long, it can be folded and sewed to the desired height. (Strictly no cutting of pants)
Has to cover minimally half of the boots
Presence of the open split at the back of the skirt
No iron lines or creases
Zip of the skirt is to be in line with the seam line at the back of the blouse
Skirt length is to be approximately 3 fingers above back of the knee
Males wear Boots, Females wear Shoes
Entire shoe should be clean, and polished till its shining, including the sides
Only long black socks with no logo are to be worn
Males: Socks must be above the boots. Boots are tied with "Chain Knot"
Female: Socks are to be pulled up to cover 1/3 to 1/2 of the calf, at the same height with not gathers
Attire Consists of: Beret, Crested Shirt/PE Shirt, Belt, Pants/Skirt, Black Socks, Boots/Shoe
Tunic is replaced with either NPCC Crested T-Shirt or School PE Shirt.
Shirt is to be tucked in
Beret is to be only worn in the Compound. It is not be worn when travelling in public
Female: White singlet is to be worn under light-colored shirts
General Attire standards remain the same as Full NPCC Uniform, but without the Tunic.
