Hua Yi's NPCC unit complement the Cadets' academic education by providing them with healthy group interaction and activities. Activities and trainings conducted develop their mental alertness, physical bearing, fitness, discipline and build a rounded personality. The unit aim to instill qualities of self-mastery, resilience, sense of responsibility and leadership, inculcating loyalty to the Group, Corps and State.
To develop our members to be active citizens and community leaders, by working in partnership with the Singapore Police Force to fight crime and keep Singapore safe.
To become the best youth organization in Singapore, one that actively helps to make Singapore the safest place in the world.
