The Wellbeing Diary 2021
The Wellbeing Diary 2021 is available to buy online via Book Depository, Amazon and other sellers.
It is a simple, week-to-view diary that helps us to live more mindfully. It opens with some information about the science behind the design. The diary itself has a double-page spread for each week, with an appointment section, on the left page, and a reflection section on the right hand page. It includes UK banks holidays and special days.
The diary uses the '5 ways to wellbeing' to guide your reflections on your week, and is designed to help you to appreciate and savour those aspects of your life that contribute most to your wellbeing, and so help you to cope better when obstacles and difficulties arise.
The Wellbeing Diary is a not-for-profit publication, and the 2021 diary is the final edition.
The Wellbeing Journal is now available to buy via the Book Depository; this is not a diary format. It is also a not-for-profit publication.
