Research consistently shows that we can increase our wellbeing (at home and at work) and be happier and more successful in our lives as a result. If you are interested in finding out more about evidence-based approaches to increasing wellbeing, from a personal or professional perspective, this site will provide you with reviews and links to some of the key ideas and discoveries in the field I have come across during my exploration of the subject.

I started my research into wellbeing after feeling that I did not have the priorities right in my own life. I also felt that changes in the workplace, and in society in general, could be making it harder for us all to lead the kinds of lives that are fulfilling. I wanted to find out if I could do things differently, and be happier as a result. I set up this site to store and organise the results of my ongoing research. It contains reviews of books and articles I have read, including positive psychology publications, self-help books, and alternative approaches. There is a publications page, and there are links to websites and online sources I have found useful, to my blogs on the subject, and to the Wellbeing Diary .
