Association Parking Info
All resident vehicles must properly display a valid Horizon Townhouse Association vehicle sticker
(adhere sticker to the lower passenger side of the vehicles windshield)
VISITOR Parking spaces: Visitor spaces are marked as 'VISITOR'. These spaces are designated for guests/visitors (not to be used as overflow parking for residents/registered/permitted vehicles). Guest/visitor vehicles that remain parked during 1am - 5am must register for the night by completing the following:

Guest/visitor vehicles parked between the hours of 1am - 5am that have not been validated WILL BE TOWED at the vehicle owners expense. Guest/visitor spaces are available on a first come first serve basis. For questions or concerns regarding guest/visitor parking please contact Associa Chicagoland.

RESIDENT / ASSIGNED parking spaces: Each unit is assigned 2 parking spaces OR driveway. Assigned parking spaces are marked with a two digit number.
Parking in assigned spaces other than your own or Visitor parking spaces is prohibited and the vehicle will be towed at the vehicle owners expense.
Units with 3 or more vehicles must park in the additional/overflow parking spaces. For questions regarding assigned parking, please contact Associa Chicagoland.
ADDITIONAL / OVERFLOW parking spaces: Additional / overflow parking spaces are UNMARKED/NOT NUMBERED/NOT MARKED AS VISITOR. These spaces are for guest/visitor overflow or resident/assigned overflow for those units who own 3 or more vehicles. These spaces are located along the inside of Harbor Terrace (parallel to the street), along the perimeter of East Sandpiper Court (between driveways) and on Cove Court (north of the row of townhomes, along the street). You cannot park in someone else's driveway or parking spot, doing so may result in a violation and/or towing of your vehicle. For questions regarding additional/overflow parking, please contact Associa Chicagoland.
*Parking in a parking space or driveway that is not assigned to you will result in a violation and or towing of your vehicle.
Vehicles WILL BE TOWED at the vehicle owners expense for some of but not limited to the below:
Guest/Visitor vehicle is NOT validated before 1am - 6am.
Resident vehicles DO NOT display a valid permit.
Resident vehicle with permit is parked in a visitor parking space without authorization.
Resident vehicle with permit is parked in a driveway or numbered/assigned space not assigned to you.
Unpaid parking fines/ fees
Invalid parking stickers

City of Bartlett Parking Info
Parking is prohibited on any Village street between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. If you have guests with vehicles that must remain on the street past 2:00 a.m., call 837-0846 for permission for overnight street parking.
Parking is also prohibited after a 2 inch snow fall.
