All home owner services are processed through our management company, Vanguard Community Management.

To pay assessments online, please CLICK HERE and sign in the "Owner Login" window by typing "Horizon Townhomes" in the Owner Login window and follow the instructions on the following screens.
If you have not previously registered, you will be required to establish an online account and password to process your transaction.
