NEW GUEST PARKING POLICY EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

Guests / Visitors overnight parking must register online. Vehicles NOT registered between the hours of 1:00 am – 5:00 am will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. It's highly suggested you register online before midnight. The online form can be found here www.horizontownhomes.com. Once registered online, Guests / Visitors can park in visitor space, driveway, resident's parking space or overflow parking.

Extended Visitor Parking: If you have a guest that needs to stay for an extended time you will need to contact Associa Customer Care directly at 847-490-3833. If the request is for more than 10 days, it will need management approval. If under 10 days, register on website for number of days needed. 30 free days (per calendar year) of visitor parking is given to each unit. After that $1 per day is charged. Homeowners must be the ones to ask for extended visitor stays over 10 days.

All Horizon residents must have valid parking sticker (or permit). Residents cannot park in visitor parking spaces at any time.
