ASSESSMENTS:
Assessments are due on the 1st of every month but will be considered "on time" if received by the 15th.
If payment is not received by the designated date, a monthly late fee will be assessed to your account.
The Association relies on your timely payment in order to ensure proper cash flow.
ASSOCIATION MEETINGS:
Association meetings are normally held on a Monday, Bi-Monthly (even months) at 7pm at the Greenbrook West Recreation clubhouse
All HOMEOWNERS are welcome
A notification will be mailed out should their be any date changes.
GARBAGE:
Groot picks up weekly on Tuesdays.
Garbage cans/toters are NOT to be stored in front/ side of your unit.
Schedule may be adjusted due to holidays. If a holiday falls on Monday then garbage pick up may be delayed one day
Garbage cans/toters etc. are NOT to be placed out until the evening prior to pick up, and MUST be put away the evening of pick up.
For easy identification of your own garbage toter, Groot has allowed homeowners to ADHERE NUMERIC STICKERS displaying your address.
LAWN MAINTENANCE:
Lawn maintenance is performed weekly on Wednesdays (weather permitting)
Schedule may be adjusted due to holidays & weather
GUTTER CLEANING:
Contracted annually in the month of November
Contractor will inform of date prior to service.
SNOW REMOVAL:
Snow removal is contracted from November 15th - March 31st.
Snow Plowing of PARKING SPACES, DRIVEWAYS upon 2" of snow accumulation.
Please move your vehicle while plow is outside in order for your space and walkway to be cleaned.
