Come on out for a day filled with fun and friendly competition. Whether you're a two-way superstar, a seasoned veteran, semi-retired baller, or brand spanking new to the game, all skill levels are welcome. This will be a great chance for newcomers and returning players to get to know one another, or reacquainted, while also knocking off some of that rust before we start our first regular season of the year. 

Attendees will play shortened games or controlled scrimmages against multiple opponents. This preseason tournament will help assess the current level of performance for participating and prospective players. It will also allow for our officials to work some games and get any kinks out without it impacting meaningful games.

Teams are encouraged to use this event to test strategies, build chemistry, and get a feel for competition before the regular season starts. You can expect a relaxed and festive atmosphere as teams evaluate readiness without the typical pressure of a winning and losing. Depending on attendance numbers, a draft prior to the start of play may be necessary to assemble teams. 

Though the games won't count in the standings the winners of the tournament will be crowned champions of the fourth Monty's Cup.
