Prices for Teams and Individuals
Team Price: $499.99 +$30 per additional player after ten
PRESEASON SPECIAL: $399.99+$30 per player after ten
Individual/Free Agent Price: $59.99
Free Agent PlusOne : $89.99
Individuals intending on joining the league as free agents should also complete the payment and contact the league at the above email address. PlusOne FA's are allowed to bring an additional player to any game or games throughout the season if they so choose. Free agents PlusOne free agents will end up on teams comprised entirely of players who signed up as individuals, or be assigned to incomplete teams short on players. We will do our best to accommodate any requests regarding team placement and positions.

SIGNING UP:
To reserve a spot in the league for yourself or your team, contact the league at lioncubfootball@gmail.com or fill out the registration form above.
To register as a team or individual, please use the paypal button above to complete payment for the upcoming season. Teams and Free Agents should pay for a given league no later than one week prior to a season's opening day, when registration closes. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis, provided there is enough time and space to update the schedule and rosters. Payments can be made easily online using the paypal button above. If you would like to pay another way (ie check, cash) please contact us at the email above and we'll see what we can do.
Waiver Form:
Our league waiver is found at the bottom of our registration form. All participants must complete the waiver to be eligible for league play. Blank waiver forms may be provided at the field for the first week of the season as well.
As of 2/1/2025:
We are updating our system to allow for more payment methods (ie Square, venmo) and easier registration as a whole. For the time being, please use the current paypal button for payment and the online registration form above.
Payment and Forfeit Policy:
Payment may be made in the form of cash or check but Paypal is preferable. All team payments must be made in full before a team's first game. If intending to pay the team fee in cash, team captains are strongly encouraged to collect all of the money well in advance of the deadline. Teams that do not have their money in by the deadline, will unfortunately not be allowed to play their week one game. Teams that have not paid in full by 12:01AM on a league start date may be removed from the league.
A team will be removed from the league for multiple forfeits. Any team removed from the league prior to the start of week 3 will receive a refund of all money paid minus 50% of the standard league fee.
Teams Registration covers a roster of up to 10 specific players. There is no limit on roster size but any additional players or alternates will require an additional payment which can be made over paypal by selecting the additional player fee option, or in person by team captains.
Free Agent and Free Agent PlusOne players must pay in full before their first game. They will not be assigned to a team prior to doing so, therefore paying online or reaching out directly to the league front office is strongly recommended.
