Dear Resident Assistants,

Welcome back to campus—and to a new academic year full of promise, purpose, and possibility! Whether you are returning to our team or joining us for the first time, I’m thrilled to have each of you as part of the incredible community we’re building together.

As Resident Assistants, you are the heartbeat of our residence halls. Your leadership, compassion, and daily efforts help create a home away from home for our students. This year, let’s continue to inspire meaningful engagement, foster belonging, and build communities where everyone feels seen, supported, and safe. Together, we have the power to shape experiences, spark connections, and lead with intention.

As we begin this journey, I leave you with these words from Mahatma Gandhi:
