RS-UV3 COMMUNICATOR

The RS-UV3 Communicator is a basic app specifically for send commands and receiving responses from the RS-UV3 or RS-UV3A radio board.

When the RS-UV3 Communicator is first started, it searches all of the available COM ports for a RS-UV3 or RS-UV3A. It will continue to search until it finds one or you terminate the app. The app will find the radio whether it is started before or after the radio is connected.

If a command is send and the radio has been disconnected, the app returns to search mode.

When a RS-UV3 or RS-UV3A is found, the app reports the COM port where the radio was found.

This app only works if the RS-UV3 or RS-UV3A baud rate is set to 19200.

Download at the bottom of this page, rename the file to remove the '.allow', then run.
