BICA 2017 @ Moscow

I have attended BICA 2017 (Brain Inspired Cognitive Architecture) held in Moscow, Aug. 2017 and presented a talk titled "Context-Dependent Robust Text Recognition using Large-scale Restricted Bayesian Network".

Moscow is a beautiful city with a lot of historical sites.
