The HOA has a Board of Directors (“Board”) of nine (9) members elected by the general membership for a two-year term. Officers are elected by the Board. All officers hold office for one year or until a successor is elected.

The Board is made up of volunteers who are not entitled to monetary compensation for their duties.

The HOA Board of Directors meets at the Clubhouse on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. All members are welcome to attend.

Any member in good standing of Four Seasons is welcome to join any committee or may run for election to the Board of Directors.
