FY 2021 Budget Hearing - August 5 @ 7 pm via ZOOM

The Board of Directors will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via the ZOOM app, to present the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2021 (October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021) to the community. While originally scheduled to be held at the clubhouse, the Board has determined that, to achieve the continued safety and good health of the association's members and in accordance established by the Governor of Virginia, this hearing must be conducted virtually to accomplish the business of the Association.

The public hearing is your opportunity to understand the reasons behind any assessment increase and to voice your opinion and suggestions. We encourage every member to attend and exercise their right to participate in the finalizing of the budget.

Members who would like to attend this virtual meeting should contact the clubhouse office no later than the day before August 5th to provide their name, address and email address, so a Zoom invitation may be sent directly to those members.

Also, members who are unable to attend the Zoom meeting but would like a published copy of the final FY 2021 budget figures should contact the clubhouse office so a copy can be mailed or emailed to all inquiring members.
