Class taught on the Zoom online platform. Zoom is a free video conferencing software. Fifteen minutes prior class I will send you the link to join the class. If you have trouble accessing a class at the scheduled time, please email lyjoy@comcast.net. Be sure to check you SPAM folder since Zoom links sometimes end up there!
If possible, bring three blankets, two blocks, a belt, and a chair to your yoga practice area. Books can be used for blocks, socks for belts, and any kind of hard backed or folding chair or hassock. It is preferable if you have your video turned-on during class so I can observe and offer suggestions and alternatives to the asana.
