Appointment Arrival
It is my goal that you enjoy your Healing Focus experience and leave feeling truly relaxed and rejuvenated. I schedule enough time during my appointments to fill out paperwork, ask questions, and give an acupuncture treatment. Arriving late will result in the loss of time toward your service and you will still be charged the full amount. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to allow extra time to fill out your personal profile. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a full service charge.
Cancellation Policy
I am aware that at times you need to change your reservations. I kindly ask that you give me 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a full service charge.
Payment
I currently accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. You may pay for appointments in advance, or immediately following your treatment. I currently do not bill insurance companies directly. However, I am happy to provide you with a detailed receipt that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement of your acupuncture fees, to the limits your policy provides. Please contact your insurer for more information. If you have more questions about insurance, please check the FAQ's page.
Prepare for your Acupuncture
Preparation for your individual Acupuncture appointment is easy. Please eat about an hour before your appointment time. Also, please wear loose fitted clothing for accessibility to the abdomen, arms and legs.
New Patient Intake forms have been switched to an electronic form that you can sign in the the office. Feel free to read them ahead of time by downloading them from below, but there is no need to print and bring them with you to your first appointment.
