Propeller types

Two types of engines were equipped on the He 111 H-6: Early productions had the 1300 HP Jumo 211 F-1 which came with the VDM three-bladed narrow-chord metal propellers, later production of H-6s had the 1340 HP Jumo 211 F-2 which came with VS11 three-bladed wide-chord wooden propellers. In game the H-6 and H-16 both utilize the Jumo 211 F-2 with the wooden VS11 propellers. Apart from the chord or width of the blades on the propellers, the make-up of the blades can be determined when the props come in contact with the ground; If the blades bend backwards they are metal and thus of VDM type, if they are wood they will snap off making them VS11 type.
