Hawaii Paddler Meeting

We will be holding a Hawaii Paddlers meeting on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 7:00pm via zoom. The meeting link is below. Club reps are the only ones receiving this email - should you want others to attend, feel free to forward this information on. If you are unable to make it, please let us know.

We will cover the registration process, deadlines, upcoming trials and format, roster fees, final dues, scheduling, race rules, etc. If you have any questions you want us to address, email us and we’ll make sure we add it to the list of things to cover.

The website continues to be the first stop for all information. Everything is updated there first. Email is also the fastest way to reach us. As we get into season things are starting to pick up, so shoot us an email if you need a fast answer and we’ll get to it.

Some quick reminders;

The Entry List on the website is live. As information is submitted by clubs (names, team names, etc), that information is automatically updated on the Entry List. If it is blank, the information has not yet been provided. Team Names and V1 Names are required and due by April 19th. Lanes will be drawn after this time. No name submission, no lane drawn.
