Intent to Participate

READ the following CAREFULLY:  

Late submissions will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis, and only for divisions that still have space. Divisions that are maxed out will not reopen. There is no waiting list. All late entries must be submitted throught the intent form!

Please read the following CAREFULLY:

1. Please complete AND submit the form below. Be sure to click SUBMIT or your submission will not be received.

2. Intent to Participate fee is $25 per V6 and $25 per V1 entry. (Late fees are $20 in addition to the entry fee)

3. These fees are non-refundable. You will be directed to a payment page after you submit.

4. Payment is DUE upon receipt. (Payable online only). Payment must be received to secure your entries. (FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE). 

5. IF YOUR PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED: YOUR INTENT WILL BE DELETED. YOUR INTENT WILL NOT BE HELD OVER AND THE OPENINGS WILL GO TO THE NEXT SUBMISSION.
