Paddlers will scan HCRA ID cards at check-in before proceeding to canoes. The first 6 paddlers to check in for the race will set the crew.
HCRA ID cards will be provided and handed off to club reps at coaches meeting Saturday/Sunday morning.
The 6 paddlers that check in for the heat, must be the same 6 paddlers for semi (if any) and finals events.
NO CARD, NO RACING, NO EXCEPTIONS. - DO NOT LOSE YOUR CARDS.
Passports and photos are required. Submissions must be done using the online upload form. Online upload forms can be found linked on your club roster. Documents submitted any other way will not be accepted. All documents are due by April 15th, this includes PASSPORTS!
Crews who qualify will be called to the official stand to complete payment of final dues. Paddlers can pay individually or one person can pay for all, but someone from the crew must be there to complete this step. - Payment is cash, card, or club check.
All V1 entries are listed by Club ID. The list is automatically updated with paddler names as V1 entries are entered on CLUB ROSTERS. If there is no name, the club has not yet submitted one.
All V6 entries are listed by club or if indicated on your intent, team name. If you need to make changes to this, email HCRAWorldSprints@gmail.com. This is primarily to identify your crews if you have multiple crews in a division. Do not send in your club name as your team name, this is already done by default.
*If you changed your club or team name recently, it may not be reflected in the entry list yet.
