Came to class on time. You should have all exam supplies (such as pens, pencils, eraser, graphing calculator, straightedge, compass, etc.). There should be no talking after you come into the exam room.
Turn off your cellphone, put it in your locker or book bag. Smart watches are not allowed in the exam room (regular watch is fine).
Put your book bag in the front or the side of the classroom; do not block any walkways.
If you are planning to use your graphing calculator, clear the calculator's memory following the instructions below. You calculator screen should show the message "Mem cleared". The message "Ram Cleared" is not accepted. If you got "Ram Cleared" message, you did not do the highlighted steps below.

Do not use the calculator until your teacher checked it.
Once your calculator has been checked, change the mode to degree mode when necessary.
You may not submit your exam until at least 12 minutes before the end of the period. Once you have submitted your exam, no change can be made. You must remain silent in your seat after you have submitted your exam.
When the end bell rings, you must close the exam and put down your pen or pencil. If you continue writing on your exam after the end bell, heavy point deduction penalty will be applied to your exam and you will be reported for academic dishonesty.
Wait for your teacher to collect all the exams. Do not leave the classroom (even if you have handed in your exam) until your teacher has finished collecting all the exam in the classroom.
*Cheating or any sort of academic dishonesty on an exam will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate zero as well as disciplinary action.
