"Una Milonga para celebrar el Equinoccio de Primavera" and Tango1066's first Milonga to celebrate the Spring Equinox. 22th March 2024

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our first 1066 Milonga! It was an unforgettable evening filled with amazing moves on the dance floor!

To those who couldn't make it, you were missed, but don't worry.... there's always next time!

We had a blast with fantastic music (thanks to our incredible Tango DJ, "Philip"), delicious food, refreshing drinks, and of course... wonderful dancers. Thank you all for being a part of it! And for celebrating with us the Spring Equinox.

Shoutout to Aliye, Philip, Ann and Cristina for their hard work in organizing and running the Milonga. And a special thanks to everyone who helped us during the Milonga and also clean up afterward!

1066 Tango is breaking off for the Christmas Holidays but we will be back in January with more Tango classes, practicas, and...Milongas!

Sue and Mark will miss you at the beginning of the year while you will be enjoying your well deserved world cruise. Enjoy it and see you when you will be back in April!

New name, New beginnings! 11th July 2023

As most of you will know, a new committee has taken over from Graham, Rachel, Bob and Gill who have been doing an amazing job for so many years and just want to focus on their dancing from now on. And deservedly so!

Committee retires 11 July 2023

A new committee takes over in September 2023, so before we will start our classes on Tuesday, and despite we already thanked them in out last class in July, we would like to say again a big thank you to all of them! From now on... just relax and carry on enjoying your dancing moves.

To mark this new beginning, we haven given ourselves a new name - we're now 1066 Tango. As we're in the heart of 1066 country, we thought that name quite fitting. No swords, lances or other dangerous weapons allowed in the class though.

See you all on Tuesdays!
