H7100 

The Harmony H7100 is a very rare single humbucker Les Paul Copy.  While advertised in some places such as "M Mall" as a "Les Paul Jr. Copy", it looks more like a standard Les Paul with the neck pickup and selector switch omitted from the design.  The details on when/where this was built are currently being researched.  It seems this is quite a rare model.
