All Owners / Residents / Tenants are requested to follow the under mentioned procedure to lodge their complaints:-
1. The ‘Complaint Book’ will be in custody of the Security at all times and kept in the Entrance of GWR. All pages will be accounted for.
2. It will be examined by the Management GWROA/Society Office at 1000h and again at 1400h, work distributed and remarks entered accordingly by Mr. Sekhar and Attendant.
3. There are two Complaint Registers (ONE AT SECURITY OFFICE AND THE OTHER AT SOCIETY OFFICE).
4. Kindly be specific. General complaints which need elaboration may be submitted separately to the GWR Office in writing.
5. In emergency, the first point of contact:Mr. Murthy- 9966841240 (Accounts and General Maintenance)
6. The complaint registered will be attended within 24 to 48 hours.
7. Services being provided to Residents are not free. Residents are therefore requested to pay their Maintenance Fees regularly in order to avail of such services concerning cleanliness, electrical or plumbing services inside their flats. Society office reserves the right to refuse complaint of residents who have not paid/pending maintenance fees.
8. Issues not getting resolved within 24- 48 hours, please mail it to GWROA helpdesk at gwroa.desk@gmail.com.
9. EC TEAM will not recognize complaint in what’s App as official complaints.We may or may not respond to it immediately.
10. Owners/Tenants who have not paid their maintenance will not be provided with the services of technician (Electrician/Plumber).
11. Kindly refrain from being rude or argumentative to those attending to your complaints. In case of issues that need clarification or complaints against attendants, kindly contact Management GWROA.
12. Complaints that involve two Residents may be addressed separately in writing to Management GWROA/Society Office.13. Complaints of common areas like lifts, garbage collection, dog poo,cleanliness, security lights etc, may also be endorsed in this ‘Complaint Book’ along with details of Resident raising such complaint.
