DE CLUTTERING OF COMMON AREAS

Dear Residents of GWR,

• It has come to the notice of the EC that common areas in parking lot , under staircases, adjacent to lifts and roof top terrace are being used to store personal household items like boxes, packing material, unused furniture, electrical gadgets etc.
• This apart from giving a shabby appearance, is becoming a breeding ground for pests and rodents.
• Therefore it is requested to have these removed / shifted to the parking areas allocated to you. This may please be implemented in a week's time. Thereafter the GWROA HK Staff will be instructed to remove these items from such areas. Owners may kindly cascade this information to respective tenants.
• Your cooperation will be immensely appreciated and will go an extra mile in ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene and de-cluttering of the society premises.
