Stock Analysis Club house : 2017

Dear Residents,

After the official handover process was done on 10th of September-17, we had done the stock taking of CLUB HOUSE.

It took couple of days for us to carry out stock taking of assets from Club house, with the help of VOLUNTEERS.

On the first day Myself, Col Sishir Das, Mr.Sekhar and Bharat did the scrutinizing. Thanks Col. Sishir Das for extending your support.

But the detail report was submitted by Col.Bijoy Mukherjee. It took couple of days for him to inspect the details in presence of Mr. Bharat. We the EC TEAM, thank Co. Mukherjee for the laborious job done meticulously.

The detailed report, submitted by Col. Mukherjee and the related pics, have been uploaded under the "Documents" section of the website under the tab "Stock Analysis Club house : 2017" for perusal and information of all. Most of the products are in damaged/repairable conditions, which the new EC TEAM (2017-18) will try to rectify at the earliest as per availability of fund state.

But we the new EC TEAM are not responsible for the missing items as shown in the attached sheet.

Once again we thank Col. Mukherjee for the marvellous job done after our request to complete the stock taking.
