Global Social Change Research Project

The goal of the Global Social Change Research Project is to bring together knowledge of our social, political and economic world. Where we are, how we got here, and where we are going. A solid understanding of the world is the first step for improving living conditions of all people throughout the world.

We present reports about global change, and links to websites with information (data, reports, journals, etc) about global change.

Many of our reports are here

Many more, but older reports, are at the previous website https://gsociology.icaap.org

This website also is the home of my project: Free Resources for Evaluation and Social Research Methods. This project links to websites with free online books, guides, how-to's on doing social research. I also prepared this document: What is program evaluation: A beginners guide https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3060080 This explains research methods in very simple terms, so that anyone, even without a background in methodology, can understand.

Other ways to help the world:

https://www.goodshop.com also has a search engine, but I can't find reviews about it, so I can't at present verify it.
