Flex Ice Program

Our "Flex Ice" Program we offer ice for skaters to practice Moves in the Field, Freestyle skating, or Ice Dance, on their own or with a coach. Flex ice is available Monday afternoons, as well as Saturday mornings. All skaters must have a valid US Figure Skating number. For more details, contact us at president@greatbayfigureskating.org

Flex times are generally as follows:

  • Flex 5:00-6:20pm

  • Flex Block A: 8:30-9:25am

  • Flex Block B:10:25-11:20am

Please note that Monday ice is available in three "blocks" which overlap. Skaters may choose to skate the first 50 minutes or last 50 minutes of the block, or may purchase the entire block (entire block is a higher price). Flex time costs vary depending on whether a skater purchases ice for an entirsession or "walks on". Please contact us for information on fees and how to purchase ice for a session. president@greatbayfigureskating.org

Please note that due to hockey events, flex times on Mondays change throughout the season. When in doubt, double check times.

Registration forms for the Flex Ice punch passes can be done on the Printable Forms page and will save you time at the rink.

Flex Ice times can be found on the Schedule.

Flex ice for GBFSC members and associate members is $20 per 55 minute block, or $30 for the full hour 20 minute block on Mondays if you choose to skate the whole session.

Punch passes can be purchased in blocks of 10 punches for $180, or 20 for $360, saving members $2 per session.

Non members may skate on GBFSC ice with a valid USFSA membership for $23 per 55 minute block.

Check or cash is our preferred payment method. Alternatively, you may pay via PayPal using the Fees tab on the left. (Please note a service charge may be assessed when paying with a credit card.)
