Fees

Running a club is very expensive, what with Pitch hire, equipment, training of coaches. However Gransden FC have managed to secure seveal sponsorship deals and has an active view to fundraising. As a result we are able to keep the fees to a relatively low amount, relative to the service provided.

Below are the charges that are applicable for each age group.

Membership

All members regardless of age pay £10 per season membership fee. This is to cover the cost of providing insurance should any serious injury occur.

Training & Match Fees

Fox Cubs (U5 - U7)

In addition to the £10 membership fee above, the cost for Fox Cubs is £50 per season. The season runs from September to July.

Mini-Soccer - (U8 - U9 - U10)

In addition to the £10 membership fee above, the cost for Mini Soccer is £80 per season. The season runs from September to May.

Youth - U11 -U12 - U13

In addition to the £10 membership fee above, the cost for Youth Football is £100 per season. The season runs from September to May.

Colts - U14 - U15 - U16 - U17- U18

In addition to the £10 membership fee above, the cost for Colts is £120 per season. The season runs from September to May.

Kit Deposit

Each player will pay a £20 refundable deposit for their kit; consisting of matchshirt, shorts and socks. The Club will own the kit and refund the deposit when the player leaves the club, if the kit has been maintained in a reasonable condition. The Club will provide a Rain Top with player initials on which the member will be free to keep on leaving the club.

Registration: Every member is required to complete a club registration form. Until the form has been completed, the player will be unable to play as he will not come under the club insurance scheme. Players in organised league competitions will also be required to complete a league registration form before playing in organised matches.

Payment

Each member will hold an account with GFC. Any charges will be added to that account, This will include Fees, Deposits or any purchases. The member will receive a regular statement (Except in the case where no money is owed). The statement will show a minimum amount to be paid. This must be paid by the date indicated on the statement. In the event of non payment, the player's membership may be suspended until payment is received. This will mean they can no longer train or play games for the club.

Payment Method

The club will accept electronic payment (Contact the club for details), cash or cheques made payable to 'Gransden FC'. These should be handed to either the team Administrator or Club Administrator.
