Member Registration

New Members

Membership is open to both players and non-players as follows :-

Full Membership - required to play in leagues

When a new member joins the club, they will be required to complete a registration form. This form is required for several reasons :-

1 To provide the club with details about the player including age, contact details and any Medical requirements.

2 For the parent to sign to accept the policies of the club including FA respect.

3 For the parent to sign to accept the use images of the player.

League Registration

In order to play in a league a further registration is required. This will need to be completed every season. Each leagues registration process is different and some require proof of age.
