Late Pick Up Policy

LATE PICK UP POLICY

Daycare closes at 5:30p.m. we understand that things happen and you may run late at times. We give all parents a “grace period” of 10 minutes. This gives you until 5:40 p.m. to pick up your child before incurring a late fee.

If you know that you will be running later than the grace period, please give us a call as early as you can so that we can prepare our staff.

Our late fees apply as follows:

$1 per minute up to 15 minutes for a max of $15.00

*At the 15 minute mark, you will be charge $20 for each additional 15 minutes. For example, daycare closes at 5:30, you pick up your child at 6:10 p.m., here is that fee breakdown:

5:30 – 5:40 “grace period”

5:41 – 5:55 $15 max charge ($1/minute)

5:56 – 6:10 $20 (15 additional minutes)

For a total of a $35.00 late fee due Friday of the current week.
