Goddaughters workshop has created this privacy statement to ensure its consideration and commitment to the privacy interest of our users. Clients/Visitors/Sponsors/Participants who wish to contact us or make a donation may be required to provide personal information such as the name, mailing address, email address, and in certain cases their credit card information.

This information is used only to respond to a direct inquiry and/or make a donation, plant a seed, purchase items from gift shop and/or ordering on website. At no time will your contact information be sold, traded, leased, or borrowed to third-party vendors without our full disclosure to you. Our site contains links of resources from other sites to inform, enhance, empower, and educate our visitors.

The Goddaughters Workshop is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, nor should a relationship be implied unless otherwise specified.

Important!!!

During retreat, conferences and workshops, some Goddaughters Workshop may be videotaped, audio taped, and randomly photographed, except for private individual and group counseling which are kept confidential. By attending and participating, you are giving us your permission to be taped (Video, Audio, or Photographed) for media (Televised) and newsletter purposes and agree to the following: being recorded, filmed, videotaped, or photographed, for media, newletters or any other use of your likeness, voice and words without compensation; specifically waving all rights of privacy during the videotaping, filming, recording or photographing and release "Goddaughters Workshop" from liability for loss, damage, or compensation from the media, commercial or other use of your likeness, image, voice or word; compliance with all rules and regulations of Goddaughters Workshop's events.

Payments Policy:

A non-refundable registration deposit fee is $35-due upon submission of registration and a 50% deposit is required at the time of registration. Monthly payments are due during the first week of every month. Full monthly fees must be paid even if the participant/registrant participated partial time. Monthly fees hold their place/spot and go toward the program.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The Goddaughters Workshop reserves the right to cancel program/workshops due to insufficient enrollment at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, Goddaughters Workshop will notify families in advance and refund the entire monthly tuition fee.

There is a $20 fee for all returned checks. Enrollment is not complete until the first month’s payment is received in full on expected due date.

Participants/Parents are able to cancel their enrollment during the first week of the program. There are no refunds or partial payments allowed.

Zero Tolerance Policy / Guidance

(Please review the following guidance procedures with your children.) Our goal is to establish and maintain a healthy, positive and respectful and nurturing environment which fosters and reinforces the following positive behaviors:

• Respecting Peers and staff / Respect of Property / Stay with your Group

• Must leave Personal Belongings (technology devices except cell phones for emergency) at Home

If my teen’s (participant) behavior seriously violates the safety of any participant or staff, I understand that he/she may be excluded from the program. In these circumstances, I agree that a parent or authorized adult will pick up my child within 30-45 minutes of notification. In such cases refunds will not be provided.

• Absolutely no use of profanity, gossiping or bullying will be tolerated.

• Dress Code: Program T-Shirts must be worn on all outdoor activities and trips, and during summer program. Inappropriate dressing is unacceptable (e.g., high shorts and skirts high above the knees (participant should be able to bend over without bottom/buttocks showing), No low cut tops that exposes a lot of cleavage and no belly shirts that exposes the stomach. No open toe or sandals during mountain climbing/hiking activities or in pool. Participants must wear program T-Shirts over bathing suits.

Discipline

1. Should inappropriate behavior occur more than once, the concern will be discussed with the participants and parents, and the participant will be permanently dismissed from the program. (Refunds will not be given.)

We use a consistent, positive approach including redirection, diversion and separation, always promoting cohesion, respect and self-discipline. Parents will be notified if there is a consistent behavior problem.

Illness

It is in the best interest of your teen(s) and the other participants, if you keep your child at home when he or she is ill. Teen/Participants with fever, diarrhea, flare-ups, or vomiting will not be admitted to the program. If a participant becomes ill while at the program, the parent will be called immediately to pick up him/her up. Parents will be notified regarding contagious illnesses. Participants will be readmitted when they are no longer contagious.

Transportation: Public or Private (van/bus) transportation may be used for activities such as field trips. Before your child can participate in these activities, we must have a signed parental consent. We will notify you of such activities.
