2024 Prep team

Coach Nicole Robinson

Hi! My name is Nicole Robinson. I am a lifeguard at Glen Aqua and am so excited to coach Prep Team this year! I swam for Glen Aqua for 14 years and swam for Bishop Dwenger all 4 years of high school. I am currently a sophomore at Ball State studying Elementary Education. I absolutely love being around and working with children! I can't wait for all the fun this summer! 

Coach Samantha Walden

Hi! My name is Sam Walden and this will be my third year lifeguarding for Glenaqua. I started swimming here at the age of 4 and have been swimming every since, including 4 years of highschool swim at Bishop Dwenger. I plan to attend Purdue in the fall for graphic design. I am very excited for the 2024 swim season and can't wait to make some fun memories with all of you!! 

Glen Aqua Practice Information and Guidelines for 2024

Start Dates:     Prep Team - June 3rd        End Date: Prep Team – July 19th

Practice Times: M-F 11:15-11:45 AM

*No one will be allowed to practice if they have not turned in the FWSSDL Waiver.

*No one is to attend practice if they have any fever, cough, or other symptoms of illness.

*All team members will enter from the far side gate as in previous years.

*Make sure to bring your caps and goggles, as teammates will not be allowed to share them. We will have a few pairs available if someone forgets.

*Everyone should bring their own water bottle. Be sure to have your swimmer’s/diver’s name on the water bottle.

*If a team member has his/her own equipment (kick boards, buoys, etc.), please bring them to practice. Glen Aqua pool equipment will be passed out by the coach to those who do not have equipment.

*If parents and any additional siblings are staying for practices, we ask they stay on the upper deck and away from the main pool and dive well.

*At least one parent from the Teams Committee will be present at each practice to help answer any questions team members or parents might have. Note, this is subject to change throughout the season.
