Violating these and other ordinances could result in fines, fees, liens, tickets, court appearances or even eviction.
No parking on front grass.
No parking commercial vehicle or camper/trailer/boat, etc on roadway for more than 1 hour
No vehicles repairs in roadway
No commercial vehicle overnight parking-subject to be towed
No unregistered/non drivable vehicles on roadway-subject to ticket and/or tow
No commercial vehicles or unregistered/non drivable vehicles in driveway
Grass and vegetation must be maintained for front and back yards, fence lines and easements between houses
All residents must have trash service, keep yard free of trash and debris and pull trash cans back after trash service
All animals must be leashed when outside-if your animal is found to be loose repeatedly, tickets, citations and fines will follow
