MG Hours Online

Hans Schmidtz prepared this set of instructions to help Master Gardeners report their hours online.

Gibson County Master Gardener Online System Sign-Up and Reporting Instructions

1. Go to https://www.purdue.edu/mg-volunteer

2. Click on “Volunteers Click Here.”

3. Fill in your information. The registration code for Gibson County is “gibs3892”. The primary County for anyone that submits hours to Hans is Gibson.

4. Click on “Submit.” You’ll be redirected to the home page, where you can use your email address and password you just set to log in.

5. After logging in, a bar on the right will offer “Report Vol Hours” or “Report Edu Hours.” Click on the appropriate link to advance to the next page.

6. At the link, there are dropdown boxes or write-in boxes to describe what you have done. Please fill out the boxes to the best of your ability.

7. Click the bar saying “Submit” near the bottom of the page.

8. That’s it. Hopefully pretty simple. I’m always available for questions.
