I invite you to join me for a Constitution Review Session on Tuesday, May 28, 2025, at 7:00 PM via Zoom. We will be reviewing the South Carolina District Constitution and discussing any proposed amendments we may wish to recommend as a chapter.

This meeting is part of our commitment to active and thoughtful participation in the Fraternity’s governance process, in accordance with Article VII, Sections 1:1.1 and 1:1.2 of the District Constitution.

Please read through the attached District Constitution prior to the meeting so that we may have a focused and productive discussion. Any proposed changes we agree upon will be submitted in writing to the District Executive Director, Brother Rayburne J. Turner, by June 15, 2025. These will then be forwarded to the District Constitution Chair, Brother Johnathan K. Greene, Jr., and his committee for formal review.

Following this process, all chapters will receive copies of submitted amendments at least 60 days prior to the 2025 South Carolina Annual District Conference. A virtual District Constitution Committee meeting will also be scheduled for further discussion, with details posted on the District Conference website.
