S.C. Voter ID Law blocked for 2012, But Clears it For 2013.

South Carolina - Brothers- we wanted to alert you on the latest information about the ruling from the US Courts on the SC Voter ID Law. The courts have blocked the law for the upcoming election but said it will go into effect for future elections. The biggest effect it that we should inform people there is no impediment for voters for this election.
