Upstate NPHC Greeks should wear their lapel pins on February 23rd

Greenville, South Carolina - As part of their annual tradition, the National Pan Hellenic Council (NPHC) of Greater Greenville is again promoting Greek awareness in the Upstate of South Carolina with its annual “Day of Fellowship” on Sunday, February 23, 2020.
The council is asking all NPHC Greek members to wear their fraternity or sorority lapel pins to their local Church services on February 23rd, and to make an announcement in the services about the Council and its ten member chapters, which make up the council in the Upstate Area. A sample church announcement (included below), along with brochures about the Council and a recording of the NPHC Greek Medley is available to churches to use on the Upstate Council website, (www.upstatescpan.org).
For those NPHC members looking for a church service in the area, the following churches are planning recognitions on February 23rd :
Poplar Springs Baptist Church in Simpsonville, SC, services start at 10 AM.
Israel Metropolitan CME Church in Greenville, SC, services start at 11 AM.
Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Greenville, SC, services start at 11 AM.
Rocky Creek Missionary Baptist Church, Simpsonville, SC at 10 AM.
Long Branch Baptist Church, Greenville, SC at 9:45 AM.
Join us at our Fellowship meal at Grandma's Kitchen (Greenville, SC).
After services, NPHC members and their families can fellowship together at Grandma's Kitchen (minority-owned) at 1314 S Pleasantburg Dr, Greenville, SC 29605 from 1:30 PM to 4 PM. RSVPs made before February 15, 2020, are free. After February 15, 2020, RSVP is $3.75 per ticket (proceeds will be given to the location as a tip). The meal is a Dutch treat, and Sunday Buffet is $8.89 per person (Fried Fish is 50¢ extra, and drinks are extra). Greek members and their families can RSVP to the gathering by Noon, Saturday, February 22, 2020.
