New Three-Weekend IMDP Session completed on Mar. 8th

Clemson South Carolina- Last night (March 8th) was the completion of the final week activities of the new Upstate Cluster Intake session for this Spring (2014). The cluster ended with the initiation of seven neophyte brothers from newly formed Upstate IMDP Cluster under the leadership of Bro. John Middleton, a former Chapter President of GGL, who is the new Cluster #1 Chief Dean for the Upstate Area. Previous weekends were held in Spartanburg and Clemson.

The Upstate area in includes Rock Hill, Spantanburg, Greenville, and Anderson Areas. This cluster marks the first time of the three weekend session in the update area after Fraternity general vote to change the intake process at last General Convention in Austin TX , last July (2013). There are now four clusters in District, Cluster is the first to complete their Spring Process.

Seven new brothers were initiated - five brothers from Upsilon Alpha Chapter (USC Upstate), one brother of Pi Alpha (Clemson University) and one from Rho Delta Lambda Chapter (Anderson, SC). [Update 3/16] Neophyte show for USC Upstate will be on March 17th. Pi Alpha will not have a show.
